Brown Sugar Dijon Pork Tenderloin


  • 1 ½ lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp French’s Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • Salt and Pepper, to season

Brown Sugar Dijon Dipping Sauce

  • 2 tbsp French’s Dijon Mustard
  • 1 to 2 tsp brown sugar


  • heat up kitchen appliance to 400F. Season the undercut with salt and pepper on each side.
  • Heat oil during a frypan over medium heat. Add undercut and brown, regarding four minutes per facet. take away from heat.
  • Place undercut in AN kitchen appliance proof pan. Brush the complete undercut with French’s metropolis Mustard. Then sprinkle the undercut with sugar everywhere and press gently together with your fingers to create it absorb in.
  • Bake, uncovered for thirty to forty minutes, or till undercut is hard-baked. take away from kitchen appliance and let sit for ten minutes before slicing.
  • Slice and serve with a sugar metropolis dipping sauce if desired. to create the dipping sauce, merely combine along the metropolis mustard and sugar. style check for desired sweetness.
