Shepherd's Pie with Recipe Cauliflower Topping


Ground Beef mixture

  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 1small oniondiced
  • 2clovesgarlicminced
  • 1lbground beef
  • 1smallzucchinidiced
  • 1cupcrushed tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper

Cauliflower Topping

  • 1smallcauliflowercut into florets
  • 2tbspbutter
  • 1/2cupheavy cream
  • 1/2cupshredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper


Shepherd's Pie

Heat the oil in a very massive pan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté on medium heat till soft and clear.
Add the bottom beef and cook, stirring oftentimes, till it's tanned and roasted through.
Add the zucchini and tomatoes and stir to mix.
