Baked Garlic Cheddar Chicken


1⁄2 cup butter
4 clove garlic, minced
3⁄4 cup dry bread crumbs, plus more for the baking dish
1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1⁄4 tsp dried parsley
1⁄4 tsp dried oregano
1⁄4 tsp ground black pepper
1⁄8 tsp salt
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast, pounded thin
