• Filling:
  • 150 grams all-purpose flour

  • 100 grams bread flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams all-purpose flour
  • Oil


    • Roughly chop the onion and stir-fry it with a touch oil till perfumed.

    • Take one tablespoon filled with dough, form dough to very little balls, fill it with cheese and jerky items, then coat every ball with flour and crushed eggs.

    • Fry bitterballen till golden.
