Baked Spaghetti & Cheese


    16-oz spaghetti, cooked and drained
    3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1-1/2 Tbsp flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp pepper
    3-3/4 cup milk
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp butter


  • heat up kitchen appliance to 350ºF. gently spray a 9x13-inch pan with change of state spray.
  • Place 1/2 the braised pasta within the pan. prime with 1/2 cheese. Repeat layers.
  • mix flour, salt, emetic and pepper in an exceedingly giant bowl. Whisk in one Tbsp of milk (this can keep the lumps out). Add remaining milk and eggs, whisk till well emulsified.
  • Pour over pasta mixture. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake for forty five minutes, or till set.
