Cheesy Turkey Sliders


  • 1 12 count package Hawaiian sweet rolls sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 12 white turkey meat slices I used On-Cor Gravy & Sliced White Meat Turkey entrée
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper or to taste


  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
