Hayashi Ground Beef (Dry)


    1/3 carrot (peeled and diced into small cubes)
    1 medium onion
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    150 grams lean ground beef
    1 teaspoon corn starch
    1 cup beef broth
    2 tablespoon ketchup
    1 tablespoon sake
    1 tablespoon worcester sauce
    1 boiled egg


  • Slice onion 0.5. One 0.5 are for preparation, the opposite can get in with the dry curry.
  • Slice one 0.5 into skinny 0.5 moons. Finely chop the opposite one.

  • place rice on a plate, high with curry, eggs and deep-fried onions.
