Keto Chicken Meatloaf Cups



    1 lb Ground Chicken
    2 Cups Chopped Spinach
    1 egg
    3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
    1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 Small Onion


    1/4 Cup Sugar Reduced Ketchup
    1 tsp Sriracha
    2 tsp Soy Sauce
    2 tbsp Sukrin Gold
    1 tsp vinegar
    Sprinkle Garlic, optional


  • heat up kitchen appliance to 350
  • combine ground chicken, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and onion in giant bowl
  • Spray giant quick bread pan with non stick spray or use semiconducting material quick bread pan
  • Fill every cup halfway full with mixture
  • In medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients along
  • Spoon over dish cups feat a bit for serving
  • Cook cups for 45-50 minutes or till roasted through
  • prime with remaining sauce and serve hot
