Parmesan Chicken Tenders Meal Prep


    1 1/4 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Sliced into 1 1/4-inch thick strips
    1/2 cup Plain Bread Crumbs
    1/4 cup Finely grated parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp Dried Basil
    1/4 tsp each Dried Oregano, Thyme and Crushed rosemary
    To taste Salt and freshly ground black pepper
    2 cloves Melissa's Minced Garlic
    1 lbs Melissa's Ready to Eat Green Beans
    1 cup Grape Tomatoes


  • heat up kitchen appliance to four hundred degrees
  • Line an outsized red-rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
