Pork & Apple Breakfast Sausage


  • 450 grams ground pork
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp sage
  • pinch of ground cloves
  • 1/2 cup shredded apple
  • 1/4 salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  • in a very bowl mix all of the ingredients and work together with your hands to essentially combine everything along.
  • kind the mixture into eight to ten patties
  • Cook the patties for roughly five to six minutes per facet till golden brown on the skin and saute through within the center.
