Sheet Pan Marmalade Sausage Meal Prep


    6 small breakfast sausages
    1 1/2 cup Carrots cut on the diagonal
    1 1/2 cup Brussels Sprouts cut in half
    1 medium purple onion chopped
    1 cup baby red potatoes cut into quarters
    1/4 cup Apricot Preserves
    1 tbsp olive oil
    salt & pepper to taste
    fresh sage


  • heat up kitchen appliance to 425 degrees F
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place carrots, Brussels sprouts, red potatoes and onion on a baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with vegetable oil.
  • Bake for ten minutes.
  • take away pan from kitchen appliance and add on sausages.
  • come back to kitchen appliance for ten a lot of minutes.
  • take away pan from kitchen appliance and drizzle with apricot preserves (you will skinny the preserves with a small amount of water, if desired).
  • Toss all ingredients. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  • come back to the kitchen appliance for five minutes.
  • take away and prime with contemporary sage, if desired.
  • equally divide into meal schoolwork containers and revel in for breakfast or lunch.
