Vegetable Stir-Fry (Yasai Itame)


    1 medium carrot (cut into thin strips)
    1/2 head small cabbage (chopped bite size)
    1/2 green bell pepper (cut into thin strips)
    1/2 red bell pepper (cut into thin strips)
    2 cups bean sprouts
    2 links Berkshire sausages (sliced on the bias)
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    Ajinomoto (optional)
    salt and pepper (to taste)


  • in an exceedingly giant pan over high heat, add the sausages and cook for two minutes. Add cabbage, carrots and each inexperienced and red bell peppers. Cook for regarding five minutes, till cabbage has soften and burn simply a touch bit. Add sprouts and cook for a moment.
