Welsh Rarebit (Caws Pobi)


1 tsp English mustard powder
3 tbsp stout
30g butter
Worcestershire sauce, to taste
175g lancashire cheese, grated
2 egg yolks
2 slices bread


1. combine the mustard powder with a touch stout within the bottom of alittle pan to create a paste, then stir within the remainder of the stout and add the butter and concerning one tsp Worcestershire – you'll continuously add a lot of later if you prefer. Heat gently till the butter has liquid.
