Flourless Banana Oat Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
2 medium ripe bananas
2 tbsp coconut oil melted
2 eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup pitted dates
1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 tbsp baking powder
1 lemon zest
1/2 lemon juice
1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° and grease a mini muffin pan with coconut oil.
Add bananas, coconut oil, eggs and dates to a high powered blender or a food processor and blend on high for 1 minute or until dates are smooth.
Add oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon zest, lemon juice and baking powder to the blender and blend on high using a tamper or a spatula to scrape the sides. Blend for 1 minute or until oats are smooth.
