Healthy, 6-ingredient no bake Samoa Girl Scout cookies (gluten free, vegan) - Amanda Lee Lifestyle



INGREDIENTS
For the cookies:
1 & 3/4 cups oat flour (you could also use regular oats and make them into flour using a food processor or blender)
1/4 cup creamy, salted almond butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
2 tbsp water
For the chocolate drizzle:
1 dark chocolate bar, or 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
For the caramel drizzle:
3 tbsp creamy, salted almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp water

DIRECTIONS
STEP 1 Mix all ingredients for the cookies except water in a mixing bowl. Once everything is combined (it will be crumbly), add the water and mix with your hands (after the water is added you should be able to form the dough into a ball)
STEP 2 Roll out the dough and use a small glass to cut out the cookies (you could also just form the cookies by hand instead of rolling the dough and cutting them out)
