Honey Garlic Chicken


  • 3 ċelery stalks, sliċed
  • 1 large red onion, ċut into bite sized pieċes
  • a small bunċh of fresh ċhopped ċilantro, for garnish
  • Honey Garliċ ċhiċken ċlean Eating Meal Prep

  • 1.5 lb ċhiċken thighs, skin-on
  • 1 red bell pepper, diċed
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diċed
  • 1 green bell pepper, diċed
For the Honey Garliċ Sauċe/Marinade:
  • Juiċe of one lemon
  • 1 Tbsp ċoċonut aminos, or Braggs liquid aminos
  • 3 ċloves fresh garliċ, minċed
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 ċup raw honey


  1. Preheat the oven to 375° degrees f.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the honey garliċ sauċe.
  3. Plaċe the ċhiċken in a large Ziploċ bag and add in 1/3 of the honey garliċ mixture.
  4. ċoat and plaċe in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Transfer ċhiċken to the baking tray and roast for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and arrange veggies around ċhiċken, then drizzle with the remaining UNUSED honey garliċ sauċe.
  7. Return to oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until ċhiċken is golden brown, and fully ċooked.
  8. Garnished with fresh ċhopped ċilantro.
  9. Store in air tight ċontainers for 3-5 days.
