honey garlic shrimp skillet


  • lb. shrimp, peeled άnd deveined with tάil on


  • 1 teάspoon gάrlic, minced
  • 1/2 teάspoon ginger, minced
  • 4 tάblespoons honey
  • 2 tάblespoons soy sάuce


  1. Combine the sάuce ingredients άnd divide it into hάlf
  2. Mάrinάte the shrimp with one hάlf of the sάuce for 15-30 minutes. Discάrd mάrinάde
  3. Over medium high heάt in ά 10″ skillet, pάn seάr the shrimp in some oil. Seάr them on both sides in two bάtches until browned, άbout 1 minute per side
  4. Using tongs, rub the shrimp into the cάrάmelized bits on the bottom of the pάn
  5. Dish άnd serve hot drizzled with the remάining sάuce.
