Gluten-free banana bread in a mug

This healthy single serving banana bread is gluten-free and high in protein, AND it only takes 90 seconds in the microwave.

1 egg free range
1 banana
3 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp chocolate chips

In a medium bowl, mash up the banana with a fork (or I use a pastry cutter like this).
Crack the egg in this bowl and mix together.  Add the almond flour and stir.  Stir in half the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a greased mug or small microwave-proof dish, or 2 small dishes.  Sprinkle the top with the remaining chocolate chips.
