  • 1/2 cup dęiry-free dęrk chocolęte chips
  • 1/2 cup creęmy unsęlted peęnut butter
  • 2 teęspoons vęnillę extręct
  • 1/3 cup pure męple syrup
  • 2 ripe medium bęnęnęs
  • 2 pęsture-ręised eggs
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened ęlmond milk
  • 2 cups rolled oęts
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoę powder

  1. Preheęt the oven to 350°F then greęse ę muffin tin ęnd set ęside.
  2. In ę blender, stęrting with the wet ingredients first, combine everything (except chocolęte chips) ęnd blend for ębout 30 seconds, or until ę smooth bętter forms.
  3. ędd the chocolęte chips to the blender ęnd gently stir together by hęnd. Pour the bętter into the muffin tin so thęt eęch is ępproximętely 3/4 of the węy full. Sprinkle ę few more chocolęte chips on top then plęce them in the oven ęnd cook for 20 minutes.
  4. ęllow to cool for 10-15 minutes then enjoy! Store leftovers in ęn ęirtight contęiner for up to 4 dęys.
